Manus Hanratty, CEO

Reconciliation, Mental Health and Education – Manus Hanratty joined Enclude in May 2020 and brings a wealth of non-profit involvement to his new role in Enclude.

Over the past 15 years he has worked in the NGO sector providing leadership and strategic management expertise including guidance and mentoring in the development of strategies, organisation growth and diversification.

He led a pan-European project to further the development of the FIT Ltd. “training for employment” model outside Ireland and more recently started up a project with Mental Health Reform to promote the use of technology to support the increasing demand for more mental health services across Europe.

He also brings valuable experience from his work for over thirty years in the IT sector in Ireland. He was responsible for setting up several Irish subsidiaries of US based multinationals including Netscape and AOL. He has significant experience in all aspects of leadership and management. We look forward very much to being led by Manus in the next exciting phase of the Enclude journey
