Our mission is to maximise the capability, performance and societal impact of charities by providing expert consulting services, technology solutions and products that are both innovative and valuable.
Creating solutions with the sector, for the sector
Established as a non-profit in 2006 we are from the sector, working for the sector. We work with charities, network organisations, government departments, NGOs, funders and a select few technical partners to ensure that every decision we make, product we develop and service we offer is designed for the benefit of the non-profit sector.
We have worked with networks of services to create Sector Solutions. These include eSafe, eCASS and eTrav. These solutions were designed with sector networks to meet the specific requirements of their services, and have resulted in a readily available, relevant, cost-effective and proven solution for each of these sectors.
Communities of Practice around the solutions drive their ongoing development and evolution.

Developing and sharing technology for the sector
We have also accumulated substantial intellectual property (held in trust) from our engagement with fellow charities working in different services that share common functions. As well as training and adoption guides and best practice guides, we also have developed add-on functionality and apps that can be applied to your CRM.
