Steps for Switching to NDTRS LINK Forms

 Switching to NDTRS LINK forms

  1. Receive installation email from Enclude letting you know NDTRS LINK package has been installed into your eCASS system.  No action required from you.
  2. System administrators make new NDTRS LINK  forms & reports visible to staff once they receive 2nd email from Enclude
  3. Make a plan to inform your staff about new NDTRS LINK form. Connect this in with your plan to complete your 2018 entries
  4. Make sure clients no longer attending your service are exited on your eCASS system ie that their HRB forms are exited
  5. Send in all HRB forms for 2018 to Health Research Board.
  6. Training –  check out webinar and in-person training on using NDTRS LINK forms on eCASS with Enclude Contact to Register for Health Research Board’s NDTRS LINK system training 
  7. Contact Enclude to migrate your remaining open client records for 2018 to NDTRS LINK format
  8. Once 2018 reports have all been submitted, contact Enclude through members’ support dashboard to turn off Old HRB forms and reports screens
