Our People

Sylvester is a founding member of the Enclude team, initially a board member, then Consultant and Programme Manager and now CEO.

His work at Enclude is driven by his past IT and sectoral experience which has given him an in-depth understanding of the vital role played by non-profits in our society, the importance of digital solutions to the work of organisations, and the digital barriers and disadvantages faced by non-profits with digital adoption.

He has over 30 years of experience in organisational development and business solutions working with the public, private and non-profit sectors and has supported charities across a range of service areas from overseas development to local community-based organisations to frame their IT needs and strategies and deploy CRM, Accounts and Office365 solutions.

Prior to joining Enclude Sylvester was IT Director at Concern and worked with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Ireland, the UK and USA.

Sylvester holds a Bachelors of Commerce, a Masters in Management and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator.

As well as being Deputy CEO, Elizabeth leads our Business Development and Project Management teams where she works with a wide range of new clients, from small organisations run entirely by volunteers to some of Ireland’s largest and longest running charities. She has spent the past 10 years supporting them in their digital transformation journeys, helping them discover the tools and systems which help them work better and increase the impact they have on their clients, whatever their size and complexity.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. She has worked for UNICEF in Ghana and as Programme Manager for Church Support in Dublin. She has worked as a Documentation expert, and Technical Writer for GE. Prior to joining Enclude she was the Ireland Manager for a US Telecoms Company.

Elizabeth holds a BA (Mod) in History, a Masters in Ecumenics and is a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst. When she’s not working at Enclude she loves travelling, reading, baking and most of all grannying!

As CTO, Eamon ensures Enclude is always on top of the latest technology developments and capabilities and works with our Developers when it comes to researching and developing new solutions.

Eamon has substantial experience of managing engineering teams in the commercial and non-profit sectors, including two years in Ghana, developing and installing IT systems for UNICEF and their partners. He has also mentored various non-profit organisations in IT related areas and developed database systems for counselling services.

Eamon holds a BAI in Software Engineering and is a Salesforce Certified Application Architect. He is a Member of the Association for Computing Machinery and holds a Certificate in Cyberpsychology. His Salesforce Certifications include – Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Certified AI Associate and Certified JavaScript Developer I.

Martina is our Head of Finance and also oversees several areas of Operations. Her core areas of expertise are in finance, systems and process optimisation, project delivery and change management – her role at Enclude provides her the opportunity to work across all of these.

She brings over 15 years of cross-sectoral experience to the team, having held senior roles across projects and operations within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and construction industries as well as the non-profit sector both in Ireland and overseas.

Martina is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Lean Sigma Black Belt. She holds a BSc in Business Information Systems and a MSc in Agri Food, Sustainable Development and Co-operatives from University College Cork (UCC) and a Diploma in Management from NUI Galway.

When she’s not working, Martina enjoys travel, walking, coffee and chats with friends and family and most importantly quality time with her dog Alfie.

Maeve manages our team of Consultants at Enclude, as well as working directly on client solutions. She is a Computer Engineering graduate with over 30 years’ experience in software development, quality assurance, systems analysis and project management.

Maeve has volunteered with a number of Irish charities and spent two years with Concern Bangladesh, in a voluntary capacity, building on existing IT systems and training staff to use these effectively.

James leads our excellent Membership Services team and has resolved thousands of support cases over his time with Enclude. In recent years he has been working to further develop our Membership Services offering, speaking with clients to learn more about what would help them increase their impact, and working with the team to create more resources and services to support this.

Prior to joining Enclude, James was an IT Consultant, provided Computer training to charities, including those in the Addiction Sector and was a Professional Artist. When he’s not working at Enclude he enjoys fly fishing, live music and attending football matches in Ireland and beyond!

James is a Salesforce Certified System Administrator.

Mrinali works with new and existing clients at Enclude, helping them to increase their digital capabilities and so greaten their impact. She does this through understanding where they are, where they want to go and helping them identify and implement technology solutions to help them achieve this.

Before joining Enclude Mrinali spent 10 years working as a Corporate & M&A lawyer in one of India’s top-tier law firms. Wanting to do impact driven work for society, she relocated to Ireland, completed an MSc in Management Consultancy at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and joined Enclude.

Outside of work Mrinali enjoys travelling, cooking and dancing. She also volunteers as a retail assistant with Enable Ireland.

Mrinali also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate, KPMG’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate and Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Foundation Certificate. She is a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

David leads the eCASS Programme at Enclude which has a strong focus on Addiction and Youth organisations. Under his roles as Business Development Manager and Project Manager, he works with clients from all sectors.

He has many years of experience in ICT management, consultancy and business development, having worked in the public, private and charity sectors, most recently as IT & CRM Systems Manager at Merchants Quay Ireland.

David graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a B.Sc. (Hons) Information System and holds an MBA from Dublin City University. He has a passion for lifelong learning and is currently undertaking an M.Sc. in Addiction Recovery at TCD.

Derek is Head of PMO and Project Delivery Manager. In this role he is responsible for setting PM standards and methodologies suitable for the nature and mix of projects undertaken by the organisation, building the capacity of other staff in Project Management and monitoring compliance with industry standards. He also manages the resourcing of our current and future pipeline of projects ensuring they are planned and delivered efficiently and effectively.

Derek brings over 25 years’ experience in ICT Management, Operations and Project Management from the NGO and Political sectors to Enclude. He is passionate about social justice and helping clients leverage digital solutions to increase their impact.

Brandon works on a range of client solutions as well as developing new products for Enclude. He loves the challenge of creating innovative and robust solutions to clients’ sometimes very complex requirements.

Prior to joining Enclude, Brandon taught English as a Foreign Language in both South Korea and Ireland. Outside of work he enjoys exploring different cultures through travel and cuisine and has a passion for design and development.

Brandon has a Higher Diploma in Computing from TU Dublin and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer II.

Nicole works on a range of client solutions as well as developing new products for Enclude. She joined us wanting to make her work matter more to the people in her community and appreciates the opportunity Enclude offers to do this.

Prior to joining Enclude, Nicole worked with a range of sector leading organisations including Salesforce, Accenture, Google and Logitech. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing tabletop role play games and arts and craft. She also fosters cats for the Cat and Dog Protection Association of Ireland.

Nicole is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer I and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.

Mick works on a range of client projects and solutions and joined Enclude seeking a role that would enable him to give back to the community.

After graduating in Law he transitioned to IT and has over 30 years’ experience in various IT roles including software development and design, project management and general IT Management. He has worked mainly in the insurance and financial services industry.

Outside of work Mick is an active member of Tidy Towns and his local parish.

Mick is a Salesforce Certified System Administrator, Platform Developer and Non-Profit Cloud Consultant.

Mairead works on a variety of client projects and solutions, helping to improve their digital processes and efficiency.

Prior to joining Enclude, Mairead worked as a Research Assistant in Trinity College Dublin School of Computer Science and Statistics, and as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Leader in Silicon and Software Systems (now S3).

Outside of work she’s active in her local parish, where she’s on the Communications Team. She also takes part in local community cleanups.

Mairead has a BA(Mod) in Computer Science and an MSc in Computer Vision. She is a Salesforce Certified System Administrator.

Padraig works on a variety of client projects and solutions.

With over 30 years’ experience, he’s held senior IT roles in large corporates in the UK and Ireland. He has also managed the development and implementation of systems for a multitude of small and medium sized enterprises.

Padraig is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Platform App Builder and Business Analyst.

Gavin works on a variety of client projects and solutions and loves seeing the difference that adding automation, or small fixes to processes can make.

Gavin first started working with Salesforce whilst at Trocaire. He then moved to Fidelity Investments before coming back to the charity sector with Enclude.

Outside of work he enjoys playing Gaelic football for his local club.

Gavin is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Developer I.

Rory works on a range of client projects and solutions, really enjoying those that involve simplifying a work process, meaning someone can spend less time on admin and more time engaging with their service users.

Before joining Enclude, Rory worked as a data analyst and Salesforce Administrator for an Irish SME on the setup and administration of their Salesforce org. With a degree in Freshwater and Marine Biology and a Masters in Animal Behaviour Rory has also worked in roles focused on invasive species, bat ecology and in the Bioethics unit of the Department of Health.

Outside of work Rory is involved with Seasearch Ireland, a citizen science project that encourages divers and snorkelers to record what they see in the water.

Rory is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Donal works with new and existing clients of Enclude AccountsIQ Solutions. He joined wanting to use his extensive experience and skills to help make life easier for a wide range of charities in Ireland.

He originally trained as a Chartered Accountant following a BComm from UCD. After a stint working across Europe for firms such as EY and PWC, Donal spent around 25 years in CFO positions in multinational high-tech businesses and then the nonprofit sector as CFO with Niall Mellon Township Trust.

Outside of work Donal enjoys travelling, particularly taking road trips around Ireland.

Donal is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

Ciara provides support for Enclude’s CRM Members. She loves challenging problems and loves how her role means she can find solutions that have a genuine positive impact for the many good causes Enclude works with.

Outside of work, Ciara is passionate about improving accessibility of quality education and healthcare. She is an advocate for the Trans Community and is a committee member of Trans Healthcare Action.

Prior to joining Enclude, Ciara worked in the the Health Insurance industry. She has a QI7 Professional Certificate in Insurance (III/ATU), QQI6 Certificate in Process Digitisation (Innopharma), QQI6 Cert in Commercial Programming (SETU), and is currently working on QQI8 BSc in Computing in Web/Cloud technologies with DBS. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator.

Kevin provides support and training for Enclude’s CRM Members. He particularly enjoys providing Embedded Support, which provides the opportunity to really get to know the client and their issues. Working as a client’s System Administrator means he clearly sees the difference Enclude’s work makes and impact it has on the client organisation.

Kevin graduated National College of Ireland with a BSc in Computing and had roles at ESB and the HSE before joining Enclude.

Outside of work, Kevin is passionate about music, drums and Ocean Conservation. He is currently involved with the Stop Finning EU initiative which is working towards ending the Shark Fin Trade.

Catherine provides support and training for Enclude’s CRM Members. She has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector and loves seeing the impact that Enclude and other non-profits have on their communities.

She started out working in service delivery with Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind and Alone, before transitioning to IT, Training and Salesforce Administration.

Outside of work Catherine is passionate about volunteering in her local community. She supports her local Irish College with their website and registration forms, fundraises for local charities and sea swims as often as she can.

Catherine has a Diploma in Applied Data Technologies and is a Certified Salesforce System Administrator, AI Associate and Platform App Builder.

Rory provides support and training for Enclude’s CRM Members. He loves learning about the amazing work our clients are doing around the country and appreciates the opportunity his role offers to support them to reach their goals.

Rory holds a BA in Multimedia from DCU and Masters in Public Relations from TUD. After a brief stint in Public Relations Rory discovered Salesforce during Covid lockdown and hasn’t looked back!

Outside of work Rory’s interests lie in technology, golf and football, and he’s passionate about dog welfare and rescue having previously volunteered with Dogs Trust.

Rory is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Pedro leads Enclude’s Data Service, supporting clients on all things data including quality, migrations, management, governance and visualisations. He’s passionate about serving people and organisations, helping them develop and have meaningful impact and using technology to do this.

Pedro has over 20 years’ experience of working with the non-profit sector. Before joining Enclude, he was a Senior Programme Manager for Centro Magis, leading digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across LATAM and Spain.

Outside of work, Pedro is a “Swimming Dad”, volunteering at his local swimming centre whilst his daughter trains.

Pedro has a Masters in Labour Relations & Strategic Planning and is a specialist in data analytics. He has a Diploma in Project Management (PMP).

Dermot leads Enclude’s training programmes, developing and delivering both standard and bespoke courses to our clients.

Prior to joining Enclude, Dermot spent 25 years serving communities around Dublin. He first encountered Enclude and Salesforce when his Diocese implemented a system. He soon saw the benefits and became a fan! Having spent 25 years working in the community himself, he appreciates the opportunity to support those on the front line of services and does so with great understanding of the challenges adapting to new technology can bring.

Outside of work Dermot enjoys sport, travel and family life and volunteers in his local parish.

Dermot is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and holds a Certificate in Leadership and Management in the Non-Profit Sector from NCI.

Marge wears many hats at Enclude but her main ones are those of Finance Assistant and our Office Manager responsible for keeping all aspects of Enclude running smoothly!

She works closely with both our clients and senior management team to ensure smooth billing and payment processes, as well as supporting our internal compliance and governance procedures.

Marge’s background is as an Accountant Technician. She has experience in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Enclude Marge worked in the charity sector in database management and finance.

When she’s not keeping the Enclude team in line, or helping non-profits save money, she enjoys Dragon Boat paddling and races both at home and abroad.

Michelle looks after all things Communications & Marketing at Enclude.

She has an extensive background in client services, sales and account management. She has previously managed and supported clients from the private, public and charity sectors in both Ireland and the UK.

Outside of work Michelle spent several years as part of the volunteer Head Office team at Hygiene Hub and enjoys making the most of living near some of Ireland’s excellent beaches.
