Who needs it?

Any registered charity that provides direct support to service users, that needs an easy and secure way to record and share information such as stakeholder contact details and staff diaries as well as manage, track and report on referrals, assessments and care plans.

It is particularly relevant to those organisations with complex reporting and compliance requirements. It provides a single source of data as well as extensive reporting capabilities, including charts, graphs and more.

How does it work?

eService is a Salesforce configuration, designed by Enclude specifically for charities providing direct support to service users. It allows charities to get a CRM up and running more quickly, and cost effectively.

The system allows users to do everything a standard CRM does (managing contacts, tasks, calendars, resources), PLUS record incoming and onward referrals, enrol clients on programmes offered, schedule and register attendance at group sessions and 1-2-1 interventions, record session notes and manage assessments and care plan objectives.

It does all this securely, allowing you to assign different levels of access to different users, ensuring your service users data is always protected and only available to those who need to see it.

Why do clients like it?

eService was developed specifically for the Non-profit sector, with its needs in mind. Clients and service users can be confident their personal information is both secure and accessible to those who need it – data is stored centrally, with appropriate user access.

Dashboard capabilities, providing visual representations of your data, mean organisations can spot trends and react to them quickly with service changes and improvements. Its reporting capabilities are resulting in more compelling and successful funding applications based upon robust and relevant data.

Betty Quinlan of Cork Counselling Services explains: “The sort of information funders request now would have been impossible to provide before using eService. We’re in a competitive funding environment, and it is helping us be competitive.”
