The Wheel Summit 2025

Enclude at The Wheel Summit 2025

We love the annual Wheel Summit and the opportunity it presents for our sector to come together to learn and share experiences. The Summit is taking place on 28th May 2025 at Croke Park, Conference Centre.

This year’s theme is Thriving through Change, and one that we’re particularly passionate about as we see the impact change and technology can have on our sector on a daily basis.

We’re also excited this year as we’ll be delivering a members session focused on AI! It’s an area of technology that we’re all being asked to consider and is becoming more embedded in our daily lives. We know the thought of it can be intimidating though, if not for you then perhaps for your colleagues. Our session is designed to cut through the hype and focus on the reality.

The session will cover what AI is, outline the advantages and disadvantages of using it, the challenges it can present and set out some best-practice guidelines – all designed to help you make an informed decision as to when to use it, in the most impactful way.

The session will be delivered by our Deputy CEO, Elizabeth Kelly, and our CEO Sylvester Murphy and CTO Eamon Kelly will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Learn more about what will be happening at The Wheel Summit, and book your place here. We look forward to seeing you there!

AI – Advantages, challenges and best practice for the non-profit sector

AI offers significant advantages for non-profits, including enhanced data analysis, personalised donor engagement, and improved operational efficiency. Tools like chatbots and predictive analytics help organisations better understand their clients, donors and other stakeholders, optimise fundraising strategies, and deliver targeted services.

However, challenges include data quality, limited budgets, lack of technical expertise, and ethical concerns around data privacy and bias.

Join this session to explore the advantages and challenges of using AI, and discuss together what best practices can be used within a non-profit organisation.
