What is it?

The Enclude Discovery Service is a consultative project where we investigate whether a CRM is right for you, and if so, how one could impact your work. We will work with you to review and reflect on your current internal processes, looking at how they might need to be changed to better plan for your future. At the end of a Discovery Project, you’ll have a clear understanding of how a CRM can support your work, as well as a detailed, cost-effective and resource indicative CRM proposal.

Who needs it?

Our Discovery Service is used by a range of charities, from those with manual process, who are outgrowing working in spreadsheets, and curious about using a CRM to start their digital transformation, to those who’ve had a CRM for several years, but finding it’s not as helpful as they’d hoped it would be. It’s also ideal for any charity overwhelmed by new reporting requirements and struggling to compile information from various sources.

“Enclude’s input, knowledge and experience in our sector helped us navigate and create a system that balances our own requirements, as well as best practice.”

How does it work?

We’ll start by agreeing what we’re going to be reviewing. For example – strategy documents, programme overviews, reporting requirements, forms, current systems and processes.

The key to the success of any CRM implementation is the engagement of all those who will be eventually using it. So, we take time to meet with all key stakeholders to make sure we understand what everyone is doing, and what their requirements are. This ensures that the final proposed solution takes everyone’s priorities and requirements into account.

We’ll then go away and prepare an initial Needs Analysis. We’ll put together our key findings and recommendations, along with indicative costs and timelines. Once we’ve reviewed this with you, we’ll put together a full project proposal.

Why do clients like it?

Betty Quinlan of Cork Counselling Services explains: “Enclude were always accessible and available to us. It was clear they were experts in the field, and it sometimes felt they knew us better than we knew ourselves! They were problem solving before we even realised there was a problem.”
