The Power of Us programme run by the Salesforce.com Foundation enables charities to avail of 10 donated Enterprise Edition licenses that are valued at over €18,000 per year. The Salesforce CRM apps and platform can be connected to Microsoft Office and Windows.
The Salesforce.com Foundation runs a Power of Us programme whereby most registered charities can avail of 10 donated Enterprise Edition licenses and heavily discounted additional products. These donated licenses are valued at over €18,000 per annum to the non-charity sector. To date, ENCLUDE has completed hundreds of projects using Salesforce CRM for registered charities. Recently, it a strategic partnership between Salesforce and Microsoft was announced that enables the Salesforce CRM apps and platform to be connected to Microsoft Office and Windows. ENCLUDE’s CRM Programme
There are several benefits to becoming a member of Enclude’s CRM Programme. It allows charities to receive face-to-face training, access dedicated systems support, make minor system amendments as their operational requirements change and future planning.
The Enclude membership programme has been expanding since it was launched in 2012 and aims to facilitate collaboration and communication between registered charities thereby building a supportive infrastructure that harnesses collective strengths at an affordable cost. By contributing to this annual membership programme, each registered charity can avail of:
- Attendance at CRM online courses that Enclude runs (including training for new staff, CEOs, Reports, Communications etc.)
- Minor system amendments as operational requirements change
