The staff profile of ENCLUDE illustrates that we are of, for and in the charity sector.
We care about the mission of the charities that we work with and we collaborate with them to maximise the impact of
their activities and the services that they deliver. By doing this, we share resources in order to offer current technologies
and appropriate solutions to other non-profit organisations in Ireland.
Eamon Stack is a software engineer with 30 years of development experience in the charity sector. In 2006 he co-founded ENCLUDE as he felt strongly about reducing the digital divide that was apparent in Irish society. Since then, he has helped hundreds of charities achieve their mission.
Sylvester Murphy is a business graduate with a M.Sc. in Management. He has 30 years experience of organisational development and business solutions working with the public, private and non-profit sectors. He served as I.T. Director of Concern and during his fifteen years there led the implementation of the organisation’s global I.T. strategy.
Elizabeth Kelly has experience in both the Business and Non-Profit sectors. She has worked as a trainer with UNICEF in Ghana and as Programme Manager for Church Support in Dublin. She was employed by GE as a Documentation expert, and as a Technical Writer in the Localisation and Energy Management industries. Most recently she has worked as General Manager for a US Telecommunications Company who based their Sales operations, Support and R&D in Bray Co. Wicklow. Her areas of expertise include Project Management, Documentation, Training and Team Management.
Paul Donnelly is a Chartered Management Accountant who has worked for the Charity Commission of England & Wales, the Ombudsman’s Office, and in Uganda as an accountant. Since returning to Ireland he has worked in various roles building systems of management in the non-profit sector.
Eamon Kelly is a Computer Engineering graduate who has also lectured in the field. He has substantial experience of managing engineering teams and also spent two years working as a volunteer in Ghana, developing and installing IT systems for UNICEF and their partners. He has wide experience in the voluntary sector, having mentored various non-profit organizations in IT, and developed database systems for counselling services.
Maeve Kerney is a Computer Engineering graduate with over 25 years’ experience in software development, quality assurance, systems analysis and project management. She is currently on leave of absence from Daysha Consulting. She spent two years with Concern Bangladesh in a voluntary capacity building on existing IT systems and training staff to use these effectively, and has also volunteered with a number of Irish charities.
Mick Roberts is a Developer/Consultant for ENCLUDE and is a Law Graduate from Queens University Belfast. Since then he has transitioned to IT and has over 30 years experience in various IT roles including software development and design, project management and general IT Management. He has worked mainly in the insurance and financial services industry.
Tony Clinton has an MSc in Computer Science and began working with ENCLUDE as a volunteer. He has since become a full time staff member and is a certified Salesforce Administrator. Recently he has been seconded to spearhead the overhaul of MS Ireland’s IT and communications systems in the role of an embedded consultant on behalf of ENCLUDE.
Brian Lacey is a Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience working with critical technology platforms including Mainframe and SAP. He has considerable experience on technology implementation projects and is also a Certified Salesforce Developer and PRINCE II practitioner.
Christian Brady has a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics. He also has seven years of experience in providing I.T. based solutions for the retail sector in Australia and has worked on community development projects that aimed to work towards social justice and address homelessness in Australia and the UK.
Padraig O’Dea is a software professional with over 30 years’ experience. He has held senior IT roles in large corporates in the UK and Ireland. In the 1990s he managed a large software support team for the BBC in London. He has also managed the development and implementation of systems for a multitude of small and medium sized enterprises.
Mary Berney is an Arts graduate (Philosophy, Sociology and Geography); holds Higher Diplomas in Data Research and IT Systems; and has a keen interest in Lifelong Learning, Social Equality and Education. Her 20+ years’ experience has spanned the communications, commercial (operations) and IT sectors – involving training, change management, project management, process design and data analysis. Mary has also volunteered with various non-profit and community organisations, in her free time, over the years.
James Quinn has substantial experience in I.T. administration and support, as well as the design and development of websites. He has worked as a trainer for charities, teaching computer skills and up to FETAC Level 5. He has also been a professional artist, and his love of technology is evident in many of his works.
Rajashree Sundararajan (Raji) Sundararajan is a Software Engineer with a Masters in Software Engineering and is certified in Software Testing with the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Prior to joining ENCLUDE, Raji worked for 8 years as a Software Engineer in the field of Web Technologies with both Wipro and IBM India. In addition to her work as a software engineer, she has considerable experience as a volunteer, both with local Irish charities, and overseas development organisations.
Pedro Gonzalez lived in Dublin between 1998 and 2002 but is currently located in his home city of Caracas where he manages a Data Team that are experts in data cleansing and importing. Before joining ENCLUDE, Pedro worked for 6 years as Project Manager with the charity Centro Magis supporting NGO’s across several Latin American countries. His experience is in the design and implementation of process improvements and organisational development.
Pedro is supported by an experienced team that includes Monica Nino (Systems configurations), Laura Stea (Data quality processes and methods) and Jose Ignacio Peraza (Systems configurations and Data integration).
Patricia Higgins is an Economics Graduate, with a M.A. in Non-Profit Management. She previously undertook System Analysis while working as a Management Consultant, before moving into the charity sector. Since then, she has gained 15 years’ experience in a variety of leadership roles, including National Youth Coordinator for Edmund Rice Centre and Manager of Canal Communities Intercultural Centre. She has also lectured in Non-Profit Economics at a Master’s degree level.
Diane Colgan has a BA in Business Studies specialising in Marketing and Languages. She has worked in the private and public sector mentoring organisations and providing management support in the Social Economy sector as well as training in the Enterprise sector. She is certified in Training and Continuing Education, P.R. and Digital Marketing.
Beatrice Reilly has experience of working both in business and in a voluntary capacity in Parishes in Dublin. She is a Qualified Financial Advisor and has undertaken a variety of roles in the Financial Services industry supporting web based applications and working on a variety of data bases. She has over twenty years experience in a number of customer centered roles in Zurich Insurance and AIB, resolving complaints and assisting in the adoption of new technology. More recently she has worked as a Senior Medical Administrator in VHI. Beatrice is currently a member of the Baptism and RCIA Teams in Donaghmede Parish.
Donal Fitzgerald trained as a Chartered Accountant following a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCD. He gained 10 years’ experience with top 5 professional firms (E&Y and PwC) in Ireland, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. During the last 25 years he has held senior finance roles in multinational high tech business and recently in the nonprofit sector as CFO with Niall Mellon Township Trust.
